Hi! I’m Mike Beck, the artist behind Burnt by Beck. A simple fascination with fire and wood has grown into a deep passion for pyrography (or woodburning).

Most of my work is inspired by movies I love, tv shows I’m obsessed with, and the weird critters that run around in my imagination. A lifelong love of illustration (and creating art in general) has led me to pyrography and I’ve found it to be equal parts fun, unique, terrifying and rewarding.
